Due to the severe storm, pick up of trash in carts was suspended the week of Aug. 10th. It is hoped to have cart pick-up resume the week of Aug. 17th. If residents and business owners have bagged waste they wish to discard prior to the city resuming pick-up or extra bagged waste due to food spoilage, there are several dumpsters available at the public service building (1411 1st Avenue). Bagged trash can be dropped off at no charge in the dumpsters through Aug. 23rd. 

Construction debris should not be discarded in the dumpsters.
