Street closures will start Monday May 15th. Work will start on Spencer Street north of 14th Avenue and on 14th Avenue from Belmont Street to Reed Street. 14th Avenue will remain open only until removals on Spencer Street are complete. The intersection at 14th Avenue and Reed Street will remain open as long as practical.

Onsite progress meetings will be held every other Tuesday at 9 a.m. beginning Tuesday, May 16th. If weather doesn't permit meeting outside, the meeting will be held at City Hall (520 4th Avenue).

The North Streets Inlay Project will include replacing the section of the street between the curb lines with asphalt pavement and sidewalk construction on Spencer Street from 11th Avenue to 15th Avenue, 14 Avenue from Reed Street to Belmont Street, Reed Street from 11th Avenue to 14th Avenue, and Prairie Street from 11th Avenue to 13th Avenue. The project will span over two years, 2023 and 2024.
