The 4th Avenue Street Reconstruction project from Pearl to Reed Streets is set to begin Wednesday, July 5th, first thing in the morning.  Street closures will be set that morning. Pearl Street will remain open to north south traffic.

Reed street will be closed to north south traffic. Center Street will be open to north south traffic on a rock surface after street removals are completed. Progress meetings will be held at 11 am every other Tuesday starting on July 11th. These will be held on site, weather permitting.

The 4th Avenue bridge west of the project area is open to traffic but will be limited to one lane at times for finish work.
