Property owners in all areas except for Grinnell's Central Business District have 36 hours after a snowfall has ended to remove snow & ice accumulations from public sidewalks next to their property. In the Central Business District, property owners have 5 daylight hours after a snowfall has ended to remove snow & ice accumulations from the sidewalks.
