Con-Struct Inc. of Marshalltown, Iowa has resumed work on Phase 4 of the reconstruction of the Grinnell Central Business District. Street closures will be in three stages. Stage one started March 30th with the closure of 4th Avenue between Pearl and West Streets. This stage is projected to last two to three months. Stage two will involve the closure of the intersection of 4th Avenue and West Street and is projected to last about a month. The third and final stage will be the closure of 4th Avenue between West and Main Streets. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of September.
