Due to the construction work on West Street, residents on West Street between 6th and 11th Avenues that have a gravel alley behind their house are being asked to put their trash and recycling out behind their house at the alley. Those without an alley are to continue to put their trash and recycling out at the curb in the front of their house. This change takes effect on April 11th and will continue until residents are notified otherwise.
