4/26/2018 Progress Report: Reconstruction of 10th Avenue between West and Park Streets is progressing. Work on the storm sewer is taking place at this time. The street surface is scheduled to be removed by mid-May in preparation for paving. Provided there are no weather-related delays, paving should start in June. 

The 10th Avenue project includes replacement of the street surface, addition of a twelve-inch water main, and replacement of sidewalks. The project is scheduled to be complete by mid to late August.
