The city is currently accepting proposals from developers for housing to be constructed at the 11 11th Avenue (former Iowa Telecom) property. The deadline for submitting a proposal is April 8, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. The award will be considered at the city council meeting on April 15, 2013.
