   Submit this form to request your city utility bill be sent via e-mail rather than as a paper bill via the US Postal Service. Bills are sent as a PDF attachment from smealey@grinnelliowa.gov.
4. If you receive more than one postcard bill, submit a form for each account you wish to set up for e-mail. If you receive a statement bill, submit one form using one account from your statement. All accounts on the statement will be set up for e-mail.
