In observance of the July 4th Independence Day holiday, all city offices will be closed. Trash normally picked up on Mondays will be picked up Tuesday, July 5th.
The 58th running of the 10th Avenue/10th Avenue Place 4th of July parade will take place beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, July 4th. Line-up begins at 9:00 a.m. at Ahrens Park. The parade will travel down 10th Avenue, turn right onto Hobart Street, turn right onto 10th Avenue Place, and turn right onto Linden Street continuing back to 10th Avenue where it will disburse.
Celebrate the 4th of July with the grand parade at 5 p.m. and fireworks at Ahrens Park at approximately 9:45 p.m.
City Hall: The Finance Committee meets in the 2nd floor conference room. The other committees and the Council meet in the 2nd floor council chambers.
