Aqualite - Water Fitness
A refreshing way to tone, get in shape, and feel better about your body. Each workout will consist of a warm-up, aerobics, and cool down. Aqualite classes are for those individuals just starting out or for those who want a fast paced aerobic workout. Classes will explore ways to use the water to exercise with less stress on joints and will help to increase muscle tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Fee: $2.50 drop in fee, or $50 pass
Pre-School I
This is the most basic class in the pre-school program. Students are taught foundation skills such as bobbing, breath holding, back and front float, blowing bubbles, and the flutter kick.
