The City of Grinnell - with revenue generated by the Local Option Sales Tax - is committing at least $3 million to replace the existing pool with a high quality outdoor pool that has a 50-year life span.
For many communities, voter approved public financing is the most difficult and challenging component. Grinnell has this piece of the project firmly in place now. |
