Charges
The utility bill charges consist of:
- Water
- Sewer
- Sanitation
- Stormwater
- Miscellaneous Fees (i.e., special trash pick-ups, frozen meter charges, surcharges, etc.)
There is always a utility bill associated with a property in the city limits. Properties with water turned off will still incur a stormwater fee.
Billing Process
Customers receive utility bills every month. Bills are mailed or e-mailed at the end of each month and are due on the 15th of the month.
