North Streets Inlay
Sidewalks and wall work continues on Spencer and 14th. Grading is nearly done in this area. Prairie is getting gas services lowered as needed. Subdrains and rock will follow along with curb replacements. Paving should start in 2 weeks.
Summer Street Inlay
Punchlist items are all that remain on this project.
4th Ave Bridge Replacement
The street is open to traffic. Seeding is all that remains to complete this project.
Penrose Inlay
The project will be closed out by the City next month.
4th Avenue Reconstruction (Pearl to Reed)
Underground work is nearly complete. The intersection with Reed is being poured and will reopen to traffic within 2 weeks. Walks will remain closed. 4th Avenue will be paved in early October.
