| Board of Adjustment | A Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members. The terms of office of the members of the board and the manner of their appointment shall be provided by statute. |

| Human Rights Commission | The Human Rights Commission shall study and remedy discrimination, educate community members, and investigate and resolve complaints. The five commission members serve three year terms. |
| Library Board | The Library Board of Trustees has charge, control, and supervision of the library. Its seven members serve six year terms. |
| Parks and Recreation Board | The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of seven members, all eligible electors and residents of the City, appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. |
| Planning and Zoning Commission | The City Planning and Zoning Commission consists of seven members appointed by the Council. The Commission members shall be residents of the City and shall not hold any elective office in the City government. |
| Veterans Memorial Commission | The Veterans Memorial Commission shall manage and control the Memorial Building. The commission consists of five members serving three-year terms. |
