Establishing Service

Customers wishing to establish service will need to complete a customer application, unless one has been completed within the last year. The customer application can be mailed or brought into City Hall, 520 4th Ave. There are separate applications for business and residential customers.

If water needs to be turned on the same day as the application is completed, the application needs to be at City Hall prior to 3 PM.


Residential customers that are renting their residence will be required to pay a deposit of $150 before service will be established.

If a customer is purchasing a property on contract, they will need to bring in a copy of their purchase contract for review. If there is a "rent to own" provision in the contract, the deposit will be collected and held until such time as they are no longer considered to be renting.
