On Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. the City of Grinnell will hold an information session for the rebuild of the following street segments during the 2023 & 2024 construction seasons:
- Prairie Street – 11th Avenue to 13th Avenue
- Reed Street – 11th Avenue to 14th Avenue
- Spencer Street – 11th Avenue to Van Horn Park
- 14th Avenue – Prairie Street to near Belmont Drive
The City will be replacing the section of street between the curb lines with asphalt pavement during 2023 & 2024. For more details, please plan to attend this meeting that will address access, construction limits, and schedule.
The meeting will take place at Drake Community Library in the Caulkins Community Room (930 Park Street).
City staff invites all those interested in the project to attend.
