City staff provides an update on 2024 street projects:

North Inlays

Reed Street is being paved this week with follow up work occurring over the next couple of weeks. Work on both Spencer and Reed Streets should be completed before fall seeding. 

4th Avenue Reconstruction

Miscellaneous paving will continue over the next few weeks, with walks and drives complete after that. Seeding will follow in late September

Park Street

Water main and sanitary sewer work is occurring now and a short period of water loss will be experienced during cut over to the new main. Paving is likely to occur in the month of October, lighting and landscaping will follow. The street will reopen later this fall.

2024 Streets Project

Seeding and mulching will occur this fall. 

Scout Subdivision

Seeding and mulching is occurring this week. The bulk of the work on the remainder of the site will occur in 2025.
