Jordan Well 10: After a brief period of repair, drilling of the new well has resumed and is making excellent progress. Current well depth is just over 1,500 feet below the surface. Installation of the well casing will begin next week, then drilling will resume again and continue through April.
Well transmission main: Construction of the well transmission main along 1st Avenue will resume on March 17 with an anticipated completion in June.
New nanofiltration water plant: WRH, the contractor selected to build the new water treatment plant, is on site doing preliminary work for the plant. Excavation will start on March 24th.The plant is expected to be operational by winter 2026 and final project completion in summer 2027.
New water tower: City staff are reviewing design options for the new tower. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in spring 2025, with completion anticipated in fall 2026.
