Beginning Tuesday, July 22, 8th Avenue west of Sunset Street and the north portion of Bliss Street will be closed to through traffic for street replacement.

• Bliss Street will be closed up to midway between the entrances to the Stella apartments.
• No parking will be allowed on Bliss Street during this time.
• Visitors and residents can use the Grinnell Mutual Family Aquatic Center parking lot instead.

This portion of the project is expected to wrap up by August 25, weather permitting. After that, work will shift to the southern portion of Bliss Street.
