On Wednesday, October 8, City Hall will undergo a software upgrade. During this time, staff will be available in person and by telephone, but will have limited access to account information. Staff will not be able to process cash or check payments and service changes cannot be completed during the upgrade. 

We expect to be back to normal on Thursday, October 9. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our systems.
