On Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. the City of Grinnell will hold an information session for the reconstruction of 4th Avenue from Pearl Street to the new box culvert west of the hospital planned for 2023 & 2024. In 2023 construction will start at Pearl Street and conclude just west of Reed Street. Street, walks, and drive approaches within the right of way will be replaced as well as sanitary manholes and water mains.
The meeting will take place at Drake Community Library in the Caulkins Community Room (930 Park Street).
City staff invites all those interested in the project to attend.
